Since, we understand the value and the importance of the gadget and its safety aspects, our trained logistic executive arrive to pickup your device in Tier 1 cities. In Tier 2 locations, we have chosen the best logistics partners such as Aramex, Delhivery, Firstflight, etc, to serve you better, faster also in the safest manner for your gadgets.
How to register for a Pickup 
For all these, we need to spend 2 minutes for the registration, by clicking the "Register for Pickup" and register yourself.
You need to provide the following details:
- Register your personal details.
- Select your gadget details
- Specify your gadget details and the complaints.
- Date and time of pickup etc.
Once the registration is over, we will provide you a pickup reference id and this is the proof of registration as you have registered with Big Fix .This pickup reference id can be saved or printed and the same will be sent as an email to your specified email Id automatically. Please remember, if you have any difficulties during registration, please click the “online chat" option wherein our online executives will assist you during the office hours.
Description of problem : 
While registering the gadget problems, please mention everything in the complaint box !!
Please mention whatever is the problem you had with the gadget and it is better to be descriptive.
Please mention if something is broken, damaged, scratched etc,
Please mention, as what all you are sending along with the product, for example, battery, adapter, cd's for installation etc,
Please mention if you require some upgrade of memory or hard disk drive or any additional accessories etc,
Courier payment Information 
About the payment to the courier companies you don't need to pay anything directly, since this is going through our account. This charges will be added in your service bill as actual and mentioned in your bill as courier charges.
Courier Shipment Tracking facility 
While pickup of the product from your side, the courier provides you a way bill ( receipt),based on the way bill number you can track your shipment easily . Incase of delivery from our side, once the products get shipped out we will send you an email.This email,carrying your shipment details, by clicking the link , you can be able to track your shipment.
Job Card & Repair
Once your gadget reaches our office, we will register the device and generate a job card. Subsequently this copy of the job card will be sent to your registered email id instantly. For your Information, the reference you have generated on the web registration is only a temporary for the pick up purposes. The actual job card number can be generated only after the physical entry of the product. Based on this job card number, we can provide status update of your gadget repair.
